I'm a behavior change coach, nutrition coach, personal trainer, mom, and a friend to all furbabies. At age 15, I embraced the world of health and fitness because strong felt so good! Since then, I've spent the last 40 years building a career in health and fitness. It's a privilege to share my passion for wellness with my clients and watch them pursue their unique health and fitness goals.

We start with nutrition. Next we’ll bring in movement. Third, we work on your habits & mindset.

If you are just beginning your journey, you are coming back from an injury or illness, or you prefer more focused, one-on-one workouts, I offer live-virtual personal training via Zoom or FaceTime.
Together, we’ll set realistic and reachable goals so that you can progress gradually and consistently.
Based on your progress, your workout will change as you train. This keeps your program fresh and challenging.
I’ll never push you past what you can do, but I will always encourage you to go just beyond what you think you can do.
