For the last 4 decades I’ve been helping powerful women get back to feeling like they did in their twenties with my Fiery Soul Method.

I developed the Fiery Soul Method after helping thousands of women. I’ve dedicated 40 years of my life to helping others reclaim their health, confidence and power.

METABOLIC PEACE 12-WEEK 1-1 Coaching Program

The program is uncomplicated.  


And because every person is unique, it’s based on you. Which is why it works so well and clients are able to maintain their success long term.


We start with nutrition. 


We work together on finding the foods that work best for YOUR body.  That way you can feel good all the time and you can confidently eat in all situations-cooking at home, eating out at restaurants, family or work gatherings, etc. You’ll focus your meals around those foods majority of the time with the freedom to have occasional treats, a glass of wine, or a cookie, or ice cream. While still maintaining your great energy, quality sleep, and progress.


Next we’ll bring in movement. 


Together, we’ll find which types of exercise you like AND that will give you the best results in the shortest time investment. I’ll help break your activity into short, doable sessions that you don’t dread or find overwhelming. That way you can make movement a lifestyle, instead of “trying to get in shape.”


Third, we work on your habits & mindset. 


You’ll have a few simple “aims” to work on each week. We’ll meet every week to go over what’s going well and where we need more focus. 


You’ll begin to change your daily habits to support your path. That way your progress is sustainable for life and living this way becomes second nature.

Sometimes we just don’t have the resources (time, finances, and mostly mental energy) to put our hearts into a three month program.

Live 1-1 Virtual Training Sessions With Me

If you are just beginning your journey, you are coming back from an injury or illness, or you prefer more focused, one-on-one workouts, I offer live-virtual personal training via Zoom or FaceTime.


When we begin working together, you’ll go through a complete assessment that includes your health history, body composition, current fitness level, and lifestyle. 


First we’ll work to correct any imbalances in your movement patterns. 


Next, I’ll utilize a mix of movements and movement styles to create workout sessions that follow the ebb & flow of your life while maintaining your forward progression.   


Depending on your current fitness level, goals, and interests, your workouts will be made up of  functional movements, traditional strength movements, short burst cardio intervals, core work, and flexibility.  


Of course, all of your movements will be modified to get you the greatest and safest results.


Together, we’ll set realistic and reachable goals so that you can progress gradually and consistently.   


Based on your progress, your workout will change as you train. This keeps your program fresh and challenging.        


I’ll never push you past what you can do, but I will always encourage you to go just beyond what you think you can do. 


You will begin to see and to believe that you can do more than you have ever thought possible!

 This is my beautiful client Debbie, a super busy CFO of a Non-profit organization. When we started working together, she was dealing with neck and low back pain.


She had been doing Jazzercize classes for a long time, but had never done focused strength and flexibility work specifically designed for HER body.

- She’s dropped 26 lbs


- She lost so many inches that she reclaimed all of her clothes (including her middle school cheerleading uniform!! 📣😀) and has had to buy smaller pants 👖 


- She trains like a beast and has gone from lifting 5,8, & 10 lb weights to regularly training with 15, 20, and 25 lb weights


And the biggie?? She no longer struggles with her food.

KELLY ~ "THE RESULTS ARE LIFE CHANGING"

When I created a “Reclaim Your Closet” Challenge for women who were struggling to wear their favorite clothes, Kelly it was a little TOO successful! Lol


When Kelly signed up to work with me she just didn’t want to deal with chronic pain anymore and wanted to feel good again… 


Would you say she feels pretty good??? 


A few stats:


- She went from a 10 to A TWO!


- She dropped 36 lbs AND 36 inches. 


- But the best part?? She gained a ton of muscle and CONFIDENCE!! Look at that smile! 


All WITHOUT: 


The gym, restrictive diets, hours on the elliptical, Keto, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, Weight Watchers, Nutri System, Hello Fresh, Shakes, Pills or Supplements 


It was all accomplished in a spare bedroom in her basement with a few sets of dumbbells and the floor. Seriously. And three meals of whole, healthy food each day. Sometimes simple is best. 


Well, most of the time. 😀


Back to my mess up… 


She DID NOT reclaim her closet… she had to donate everything and buy all new! 😳😳😳


This is a woman who avoided mirrors, hated shopping, and just wore the same old thing.


Not anymore! Kelly LOVES shopping now! 

Savannah ~ "I felt like i was being saved"

Savannah reached out to me after seeing a before & after of one of my lovely clients. 


She wanted to know “What exactly did she do to get THOSE results?” 😊


Savannah’s transformation is a unique one. 


You might look at her and think, “Wow! She must have joined a gym and started working out like crazy…!”


But the thing is, Savannah had already been working out


HARD…for 2 1/2 years. Consistently. 


But she was disappointed and frustrated. She was not where she wanted to be.


Or where she felt like she SHOULD be with all the work she was doing. 


Honestly, the exercise portion of her journey was not the problem.


It was her food, her sleep, and most importantly, her mindset. How she felt about herself and her life…


She had tried everything -


Keto, counting calories, macro splits…


She’s even a part of a very popular online training and nutrition group that she loves, except she found the nutrition element so overwhelming that she gave up and gained 25 lbs!


She didn’t know what to do… She knew the answer had to be different. So she took a chance and reached out to me.


After telling me about her situation, she made a strong decision to make a change. 


She decided to invest in herself. In her health. She signed up for my 90 Day Metabolic Peace Coaching Program. 


She was ready…


We started slow. Only focusing on eating 3 REAL meals per day and making 2-3 habit changes per week. 


She began to make the connection between what she ate and how she felt…AND how she felt after eating. 

(Something she had NEVER even considered. Or if she did, she didn’t know how to make adjustments!)


Side note - In the second week things clicked. She told me she felt let down and actually 😡ticked off😡 at all the programs before because they had never taught her this! 


This time WAS different. She learned how to eat for HER body. 


For life.


Her weight began to drop naturally. 


Her skin began to glow. 


Her toned muscles began to show.


Her energy skyrocketed 


But even more, 


And her mind began to change.


She started to open up to the world again. 


She began to make time for herself


To do things she loved


She began to feel awesome. 


She was ready for adventure!


She ran a 5k and planned several trips including a float trip with “just the gals” AND HAD A BLAST! Things she would never have thought about… until now…


This is where we are.


Look at that vibrant smile!


And that confidence!


And that energy!


She has lost 23 lbs


Nearly 20 inches off her whole body

4 inches off her waist


3 inches off the lower part of her midsection (and the most challenging!!)


3 inches off her hips


And 3 inches off each thigh


All this by eating real food, and not changing her exercise routine at all!


No counting (anything 😊)


No restrictions 


No punishing


She worked on the inside.


She made friends with her body. ❤️


She told me,
